Take 2 capsules daily with food. Each jar holds 60 capsules, a month's supply.

Curcumin is fat soluble, so it is best taken with a meal.

500mg of Curcumin C3 Complex® (standardised to 95% curcuminoids), 25mg of ginger root extract and 5mg of BioPerine®.

BioPerine® is a black pepper extract included to help your body absorb curcumin.

Natural supplements have different effects on different people so it depends on the individual as to how long it will take to see the effects. We do advise taking a full month’s supply before evaluating the product's effects.
