Vegan Omega 3

Take 2 softgels daily, preferably with food.

Algae are the original source of the omega 3 found in fish. Algal oil gives you EPA and DHA directly, without fish, a fishy aftertaste or large capsules.

Two softgels provide 600mg of omega 3, including 420mg DHA, 140mg EPA and 28mg DPA.

Glycerol, modified pea starch and carrageenan, so it is vegan. Tocopherol and rosemary extracts are added as natural antioxidants.

Each pack contains 60 softgels, providing a full 30-day supply when taking the recommended dose of 2 softgels daily.
