1. Curcumin

The active ingredient in turmeric is called curcuminoids, this powerful extract has high anti-inflammatory effects and is an extraordinarily strong antioxidant. In fact, it is so powerful that it matches the effectiveness of some anti-inflammatory drugs without the side effects.

2. Bioperine

Bioperine® is black pepper extract, it does little by itself but is a powerful weapon when used with curcumin.
It is the perfect sidekick for curcumin as it has the capacity to absorb the Curcuminoids by up to 2000%- it makes it 20 x more powerful and effective.

3. Ginger

Ginger is among the healthiest and delicious spices on the planet, however ginger is far more than a seasoning – its medicinal properties have been valued and used throughout centuries. Gingerol is bursting with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have benefits for both body and brain.

4. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is an ancient medicinal herb. It is an important herb in Ayurvedic medicine; one of the world’s oldest medical systems and one of India’s healthcare systems. It is often referred to as the Prince of Herbs.
The benefits of Ashwagandha are numerous and cover a wide range of bodily conditions.

Moringa is one of the most nutrient-rich plants in the world, it is native to Africa and Asia. It is often known as “The Miracle Tree” or the “The Tree of Life” as it is one of the most nutrient dense plants on the planet.
In traditional, Ayurvedic medicine it is reported to cure as many as 300 diseases.

Saffron often known as Red Gold, is a labour-intensive crop which makes it so expensive it grows inside crocus flowers, and it must be handpicked — a very difficult, time-consuming task. Apart from its unique earthy essence, the health benefits of the saffron makes it also a highly priced spice

Berberine is one of these naturally occurring substances that is extracted from plants. It i can be found in guduchi, goldenseal, barberry, Oregon grape, and tree turmeric. It has been used in Chinese and Ayurvedic (ancient Indian) medicine for thousands of years!
